Counter-Strike (CS) is one of the founding competitive Esports games. It’s a first person shooter where you have an offense (Terrorists) and a defense (Counter-Terrorists). The goal is to kill all members of the opposing team, OR plant the bomb and blow up the defenses base. A match is best of 30 rounds. Players can different buy weapons and gear at the beginning of each round. Each match takes place on a different level (called maps) where each map has a different layout and structure, which is where the real team strategy comes into play.
